Note: monthly fees are due on the first of the month; a late fee of $25 will be assessed if payment is received more than three days after the due date.

Cancellations: Must be received at least 48 hours prior to the lesson time to be able to reschedule the lesson. Last minute cancellations and no shows will result in the loss of the lesson. Exceptions will be made for illness or emergencies at the instructor's discretion. Every attempt will be made to accommodate the resd1eduing of lessons. They will however, be subject to client flexibility and space availability. Repeated no shows will result in the loss of your assigned lesson time.

There will be no lessons on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday. Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Lessons will be scheduled accordingly.

Coventry Farms, Inc. has done everything possible to assure that our guests experience a safe and fun equine related experience. We wish to inform our guests that equine related activities are not risk free. The same elements that contribute to the unique character and fun of equine related activities could cause loss or damage to equipment, injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. We do not want to heighten or reduce your enthusiasm for the experience, but we do want you to know in advance what to expect, and to be informed of some of the possible risks.
